1. Services Description
Titan's Mating Services provides professional breeding services for Pomeranians throughout Spain. Our services include:
- Mating services with our pedigree black Pomeranian, Titan
- Breeding consultations
- Travel services for mating appointments
2. Service Requirements
2.1 Health Requirements
To ensure the health and safety of all dogs involved, we require:
- Current vaccination records for your female Pomeranian
- Recent health certificate from a licensed veterinarian (issued within 30 days of the mating date)
- Negative test results for common canine diseases
- Proof of registration with a recognized kennel club (if applicable)
2.2 Timing Requirements
For optimal breeding success:
- Your female Pomeranian should be between 2-6 years of age
- Mating should be scheduled between days 10-14 of the female's heat cycle
- Appointments must be scheduled at least 7 days in advance
3. Service Fees and Payment
Our service fees vary based on location and specific services required. All fees must be paid as follows:
- 50% deposit required at the time of booking
- Remaining balance due on the day of service
- Additional travel fees may apply for services outside of Madrid
- All payments are non-refundable except in cases outlined in our cancellation policy
4. Cancellation Policy
Our cancellation policy is as follows:
- Cancellations made 7 or more days before the scheduled service: 75% of deposit refunded
- Cancellations made 3-6 days before the scheduled service: 50% of deposit refunded
- Cancellations made less than 3 days before the scheduled service: No refund
- If the female is not ready for mating (as determined by a veterinarian), the appointment may be rescheduled without additional fees
5. Breeding Success and Guarantees
While we strive for successful matings, we cannot guarantee:
- Successful conception
- Number of puppies in a litter
- Specific traits, colors, or characteristics of offspring
If no successful mating occurs during the scheduled appointment (as verified by a veterinarian), we offer one complimentary follow-up mating during the female's next heat cycle.
6. Health and Welfare
We are committed to the health and welfare of all dogs involved in our services:
- All breeding activities are conducted in a clean, safe environment
- We follow all Spanish regulations regarding dog breeding
- We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe the female's health or welfare may be compromised
- We adhere to responsible breeding practices and ethical standards
7. Limitation of Liability
Titan's Mating Services shall not be liable for:
- Any health issues that may arise in the female dog during or after mating
- Complications during pregnancy or whelping
- Any health issues in resulting puppies
- Travel delays or cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control
8. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and videos, is the property of Titan's Mating Services and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without our express written permission.
9. Privacy
